Grandee is a salon booking and marketplace app that helps clients discover salons, book appointments, manage favorites, receive notifications, and interact with salon services and products.

• Account information such as name, phone number, optional email, avatar, and role.
• Authentication information needed to verify phone numbers and protect accounts.
• Salon booking information such as appointments, selected services, dates, times, professionals, and booking status.
• Location information, when permission is granted, to show nearby salons and distance estimates.
• Favorites, reviews, notifications, cart, product order, and in-app activity needed to operate the service.
• Device and technical information such as app version, platform, Firebase messaging token, and basic diagnostics.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure user accounts.
• To send SMS verification codes and authenticate phone numbers.
• To show salons, services, products, appointments, and relevant app content.
• To process bookings, orders, notifications, favorites, and reviews.
• To improve app reliability, safety, performance, and user experience.

Third-Party Services

Grandee may use trusted service providers to operate app features, including Firebase for authentication, cloud messaging, analytics or diagnostics, Google Maps for maps and location-related features, Cloudinary for image storage and optimization, and hosting or backend infrastructure providers.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and are governed by their own privacy and security practices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with salons, clients, employees, or service providers when necessary to complete bookings, orders, notifications, support requests, security checks, or legal obligations.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide Grandee, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and operate business records.

Users can request account and data deletion through the app or by visiting the Account Deletion page.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risks and protect accounts from unauthorized access.

Children

Grandee is not intended for children under the age required by local law to use online services. If we learn that a child provided personal data without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
